We do not track which websites you visit, your IP address while connected, or any metadata that could compromise your privacy.

To request a refund, email support@protonvpn.com with your order number and account details within 30 days of purchase. Refund requests are typically processed within 5-7 business days of approval. Perpetual licenses and upgrade fees are non-refundable under all circumstances.
